Can I hold a property and move in at a later date?
With an approved application and a paid security deposit, you may hold a property for up to one week. Beyond that, rent must start being paid.
What are your business hours?
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Is there a minimum credit score required?
Each application is considered on an individual basis.
What if I have been evicted before, can I still rent one of your properties?
A previous eviction within a year is automatic denial. Older than a year is case by case basis.
How can I look at a property in person?
You must apply to schedule a showing. Please note, submitting an application does not mean your application fee will be processed. Once you have been pre-qualified, the agent on duty will contact you to schedule a tour. After you have viewed the home and wish to proceed, then we will process your application fee.
How can I pay my rent?
You have a few convenient options:
Online: Log in to your tenant portal to make a secure payment anytime.
In-Office: Stop by our office during regular business hours to pay in person.
After-Hours Drop Box: If you need to pay outside business hours, you can place your payment in our secure drop box at the office.

How quickly are maintenance requests handled?
We take all maintenance requests seriously.
Non-emergency repairs are handled as soon as possible based on scheduling and vendor availability.
Emergency maintenance issues are treated with top priority and addressed immediately to ensure safety and prevent property damage.
